The first hour is non-obligatory and complementary. Downsizing Consultation: Evaluation and Assessment to help you choose what to keep and what to let go of with a plan for where you are going. Elevations: Used primarily for window treatments, cabinetry – a drawing that gives you height and dimension. Floor Plans: We create 2 - 3 floor plan options placing your furniture. Holiday and Event Décor: We use your décor and/or ours to create the ambience you are looking for. Makeover: Basically, we help you rearrange what you have and then follow up with a plan of action. Moving Consultation: Evaluation and Assessment to help you choose what to keep and what to let go of with a plan for where you are going. Online Design—DIY Interactive design: We’ve been working this way since 2000 with our local and longer distance clients. Pretty much everything we can do locally can be done through the internet, mail and telephone. An option that molds our design services to your needs. Personal Shopping: We evaluate and assess your needs first. Then we’re off to do it with you or for you. Photo Renderings: A mock photo or drawing to give you a snapshot of the finished look. Project Management: We will manage your project to make sure it moves along in a timely fashion, time consuming phone calls and phi night details are taken off your hands. We also give you direction. Staging/Redo Consultation: Evaluation and Assessment showing you options for staging to resell or use what you have to create a new look. Upholstery Selection: Choose fabrics for reupholstery and/or new furniture selection. Vision Board: A board created with your fabric and paint options, color scheme, furnishings and floor plan that give you a vision for your new look. Window Treatments: Selection of fabrics and design for window treatment options.
